Paul Sarfo-Mensah is an Associate Professor and Development Consultant at Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. He has been with the Department since 1992. Paul is also a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation, University of Venda, Thohoyandou, South Africa.
