S. E. Edusah is a Senior Research Fellow at the Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD). College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds BA (Ind. Art and Med. From KNUST and Doctoral degree in Development Studies from the University of Bradford, UK. Additionally, he holds post-graduate certificates in Planning and Appraisal of Industrial Investment, from Development and Projects Planning Centre, University of Bradford, UK and Postgraduate Diploma – Professional Capacity Building for Research and Development (Value Chain), ICRA, Wageningen, the Netherlands. Since joining BIRD in 1989 Dr.  Edusah has carried out several research and consultancy activities for both National and International bodies including Ministries of Education, Land and Natural Resources, Local Government and Rural Development, DfID, JICA. His research focuses on Small-Scale Industries (SSIs) and Natural Resource Management. He teaches Project Management and Development Concept to MPhil Classes. Dr Edusah coordinates both International and Local short courses and currently the Coordinator of Education for Sustainable Development in Africa (ESDA).
